Job Responsibilities
1.Organize/participate in kinds of recruitment activities to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks.
2.Consistent with hiring managers, develop more channels and ensure the quantity and quality of operator supply.
3.Work closely with GRC team to develop the whole recruiting process, like job advertisement posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate access, offer negotiation, etc.
4.Responsible for on-board process, probation management, contract management and exit management.
5.In charge of Employee Profile management, follow internal/external audit request and ensure all documents are in place with a good quality.
6.Responsible for Reporting related.
7. Support and handle other HR projects as assigned by Superior
Job Qualification and Personal Competencies
Education :Bachelor degree
Major :Human Resource Management, Business administration, English, Psychology, Social Science or related field.
Foreign Language:Fluent in oral and written English
Computer Literacy:Skillful in MS Office
Functional Knowledge:More than 8 year working experience
Personal Competency:Good communication skill
