1、工藝工程師1名 薪資待遇：8k-12k (五險(xiǎn)一金及年終獎(jiǎng)均有)

主要工作職責(zé)：

1、深入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的工藝異常問(wèn)題，預(yù)防及完善工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并監(jiān)督落實(shí);

2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試生產(chǎn)，對(duì)工藝難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，給出生產(chǎn)輔助工具和工裝的圖紙，制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，并培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)員工，指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督全過(guò)程，對(duì)新產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)的可行性進(jìn)行把控，完善試生產(chǎn)報(bào)告和相關(guān)工藝資料;

3、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)員工進(jìn)行工藝操作的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，使員工能夠熟練掌握產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝;

4、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品圖紙轉(zhuǎn)化和繪制，對(duì)審查簽署的工藝技術(shù)文件，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件，工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等資料的正確性，合理性負(fù)責(zé);

5、根據(jù)試生產(chǎn)流程，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，制定新產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí);

6、負(fù)責(zé)主導(dǎo)解決車間的工藝問(wèn)題，通過(guò)工藝優(yōu)化，識(shí)別浪費(fèi)，消除浪費(fèi)，降低生產(chǎn)耗時(shí)，減輕員工疲勞度，提高質(zhì)量，提升產(chǎn)能;

7、完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)，積極完成公司規(guī)定或部門承諾的工作目標(biāo)。

崗位要求：

1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、電氣等相關(guān)理工科專業(yè);

2、能熟練使用二維及三維制圖軟件，并且能看懂較為復(fù)雜的機(jī)械圖紙;

3、有變壓器行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及精益生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;

4、具備英文一般溝通能力，可以熟練使用英文郵件進(jìn)行溝通。

2、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理1名 薪資待遇：年薪25w-35w

main responsibilities 主要職責(zé)

1. centre of market info (market analysis) for the respective product(s) and region.

相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)信息中心(市場(chǎng)分析);

2. defines product portfolio strategy (short term / long term), incl. recommendation of new developments and continuously manages and optimizes the portfolio (incl. e.g. product phase out).

定義產(chǎn)品組合策略(短期/長(zhǎng)期)，包括：新品開(kāi)發(fā)建議、持續(xù)管理和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品組合(包括產(chǎn)品逐步淘汰);

3. identifies and communicates key differentiators, strengths, uniqueness of products compared to other similar products in market (customer view, value) through product portfolio value assessments.

通過(guò)產(chǎn)品組合價(jià)值評(píng)估，識(shí)別和溝通產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)上與其他類似產(chǎn)品相比的關(guān)鍵差異、優(yōu)勢(shì)和獨(dú)特性(客戶視角、價(jià)值);

4. consolidates the voice of the customers(analyse, understand and communicate internally the “true needs of the customers.).

整合客戶的意見(jiàn)(分析、理解并與內(nèi)部溝通“客戶的真正需求”);

5. responsibility for defining pricing/margin guidelines for the product portfolio; tracking/reporting of market prices and product profitability.

負(fù)責(zé)制定產(chǎn)品組合的定價(jià)/利潤(rùn)指導(dǎo)方針; 跟蹤/報(bào)告市場(chǎng)價(jià)格和產(chǎn)品盈利能力;

6. push innovations through the product development process;

在產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新.

7. accountable and responsible for products changes and fmea, as well as for the content of product documentations, order catalogue and product labels.

負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品變更和fmea，以及產(chǎn)品文件、訂單目錄和產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽的內(nèi)容;

8. identify product and / or application testing requirements.

識(shí)別產(chǎn)品/應(yīng)用測(cè)試需求;

9. products focused competitor analysis; understands competitor product strategies and their market approach related to the respective products.

競(jìng)品分析了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品策略和與各自產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)策略;

business acumen & expertise 商業(yè)要求和專業(yè)知識(shí)

1. university degree in engineering – additional business degree(e.g. mba) is an advantage.

本科及以上學(xué)歷，工程類學(xué)科，如有額外商業(yè)學(xué)位(如mba)優(yōu)先;

2. experience in product management position(s) in an industrial company (board/ paper mill, high voltage equipment oem or similar is an advantage).

在工業(yè)公司(紙板/造紙廠、電力高壓設(shè)備 oem 或類似公司)擔(dān)任產(chǎn)品管理職位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

3. good english skills and local language skills based on the location.

良好的英語(yǔ)能力和普通話語(yǔ)言能力;

4. capable to work within an international matrix organisation / matrix function and able to solve strategic conceptual problems.

5. good communication skills in front of customers, management team and global locations with different cultures.

7. good knowledge of quality methods and systems qs 9000/9001. knowledge in iso 14001 and iso 45001 is an advantage.

8. good knowledge of lean, six-sigma or kaizen principles.
