1、深入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的工藝異常問題，預(yù)防及完善工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并監(jiān)督落實(shí)；dts人事招考網(wǎng)

2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試生產(chǎn)，對(duì)工藝難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，給出生產(chǎn)輔助工具和工裝的圖紙，制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，并培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)員工，指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督全過程，對(duì)新產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)的可行性進(jìn)行把控，完善試生產(chǎn)報(bào)告和相關(guān)工藝資料；dts人事招考網(wǎng)

3、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)員工進(jìn)行工藝操作的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，使員工能夠熟練掌握產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝；dts人事招考網(wǎng)
