一、學校概況university profile

嘉興南湖學院，地處長三角中心城市—嘉興南湖之畔，是經國家教育部批準設立的、嘉興市人民政府舉辦的全日制普通本科高等學校，其前身為嘉興學院南湖學院。2020年12月“建黨百年、百年建校”背景下，學校以革命紅船起航地—“嘉興南湖”命名，成功轉設為公辦普通本科高校，全面開啟新征程。

學校辦學基礎好，目前占地900余畝（規劃用地300余畝），下設13個二級教學單位、34個本科專業，涵蓋文學、法學、經濟學、管理學、工學、醫學等6大學科門類，在校全日制本科學生7700余人；擁有專任教師430余人，其中副高級專業技術職務以上教師占比超30%；建有經濟管理實驗中心等11個省級以上實驗教學示范中心，教學儀器設備總值1億多元，圖書館紙質藏書76萬冊。

二、招聘要求和條件recruitment requirements and conditions

1、遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，身心健康，品行端正，無犯罪記錄。

2、母語為英語，具有本科及以上學歷。

3.具有2年及以上教學工作經驗且具有tefl\tesol\celta等語言教學資格證書。

4、年齡60周歲以下，具有良好的團隊合作精神，熱愛教學工作，有高度的責任心。

5、具有中國高校任教經驗者，或具有語言學、教育學相關學位的優先考慮。

三、工作量及薪資待遇workload and salary

1、工作課時：每周16課時的工作量。承擔教學任務包括（英語口語課、英語演講與辯論課程），其他任務包括（1.大學生英語學科競賽指導、培訓、評委等工作；2.英語角口語交際訓練組織指導工作；3.大學生英語戲劇表演排練指導及評委工作；4.其它由學院安排的教研活動等任務）。

2、薪資：包括每月月薪、旅費補貼、校齡補貼等。具體薪資面議。

3、住宿：學校免費提供公寓。

4、保險：學校將按規定為外籍教師購買商業保險和社會保險。假期：享有學校規定的中國公共假期和寒暑假。合同簽訂期限：一年。
