崗位職責:
1. Improve logistics operational performance through execution excellence, innovative projects, efficiencies and more to support business growth
通過卓越執行、創新項目、提升效率等,提升物流運營績效,從而支持業務增長
2. Support GTM team and planning team for supply chain network planning and adjustment to support business growth
支持GTM團隊、計劃團隊進行供應鏈網絡規劃和調整,以支持業務增長
3. Work with regional supply chain team to ensure that productivity are achieved through forward planning and efficient execution, and plan and pipeline for the next year
與區域供應鏈團隊合作,通過前瞻性規劃和高效率執行,確保年度節約增效達成,并為來年的節約增效做好規劃和準備
4. Complete annual and rolling budget of logistics cost, and ensure that the logistics spending is in line with the budget plan
完成物流成本年度預算及滾動預算,并且確保物流成本在總體上與預算規劃一致
5. Connect with safety, quality, industry and other relevant departments to ensure the coordination and efficient development of safety, quality and new product projects in the logistics team
對接安全、質量、工業等相關部門,確保安全、質量、新品項目在物流團隊的協同、高效開展
6. Understand market trends and directions, global headquarters recommendations, cross-CBU practices, and promote innovative logistics projects and models through innovative project research and planning, such as automation, shared warehouse, etc.
了解市場趨勢與方向、全球總部建議、跨CBU實踐,通過創新項目研究和規劃,推動物流創性項目與模型,如自動化,共享倉等
7. According to the business direction and operation adjustment, update logistics SOP and process, ensure the matching of logistics standards and practices and promote the standardization of operation
根據業務方向及運作調整,更新物流SOP及流程,確保物流標準與實踐匹配,推動運作標準化
8. Verify regional operation process according to the requirements of audit terms and ensure compliance; plan DBC logistics internal audit mechanism to improve regional operation compliance
根據審計條款要求,核查區域運作流程,并且確保合規執行;規劃DBC物流內審機制,提升區域運作合規性
9. Co-work with HR and other departments to improve the logistics professional skills of regional logistics colleagues
協同HR等部門提升區域物流同事的物流專業技能
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Supply Chain related subject is preferred
本科及以上學歷,供應鏈管理相關專業優先
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics or customer service field
至少在物流或客服領域有5年工作經驗
3. Experience in team management
具備團隊管理經驗
4. Experience in project management
具備項目管理經驗
5. Experience in logistics cost budgeting and management
具備有物流成本預算及管理經驗
6. Experience in logistics system management
具備有物流系統管理經驗
7. Fluent in English, able to use in daily communication
英語流利,能用于日常溝通交流
8. Training experience is a plus
具備培訓經驗為佳
