Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Outbound call for leads validation and first batch contact to verify sellers’ basic portfolios/motivation/readiness 進行潛在客戶驗證和第一批聯系,以驗證賣家的基本投資組合/動機/準備情況
2. 50-60 call/HC/Day, 1-1.2k call/month, overall will have ~30k leads to call per year 50-60 次呼叫/HC/天,1-1.2k次呼叫/月,每年總共將有約3萬次呼叫線索
3. Inquiry seller’s willingness to convert their top selections from MFN/lite to CGF 詢問賣家是否愿意將他們的首選商品從最惠國待遇/優惠轉換為CGF
4. Call down the potential seller list (generated by Ops): 50 sellers/day,20k sellers to call per year 向下調用潛在賣家列表(由Ops生成):50個賣家/天,每年調用2萬個賣家
5. Collect promotion items from AMs and work with global merchandising team to arrange deals, set up coupons, double check coupons, check inventory, check pricing, etc 從AM收集促銷項目,并與全球營銷團隊合作安排交易,設置優惠券,復查優惠券, 檢查庫存,檢查價格等
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years’ working experience, operation and call center is preferred. 1-3年工作經驗,有運營及呼叫中心工作經驗者優先。
2. Familiar to Office framework 熟悉Office框架
3. Medium and above level in English (both oral and written) 英語中等及以上水平(口語和書面)
4. Reading and speaking in Korean is preferred. 最好能閱讀和說韓語。
