崗位目的:
This role is to responsible for payroll and benefits operation to make sure high accuracy payroll and reporting is delivered and all related operation/process are compliance with regulation and meet the internal/external audit requirements.
崗位職責:
Responsible for SJF end to end payroll and benefits operations, ensure the high accuracy and timely delivery;
Manage the employee payroll data, audits employee record and reconciles;
Manage the payroll operation but no limited to monthly payroll data collection, consolidation and verification, reimbursement process for benefits, operation and checking, banking settlement, social insurance management, monthly tax filing, annual tax filing, related benefits payment management;
Responsible for the monthly payroll report preparation and delivery;
Responsible for managing HR service providers to ensure the SLA delivery;
Carry out social insurance and housing fund enrollment/deregistration in multiple cities across China;
Collaborate with Finance team to ensure the smooth operation in payment statement, actual statement and related operation etc.
Partner with HRBP, Finance team, and HRIS to ensure smooth payroll process with great employee experience.
Partner with related stakeholders (HRBP,Reward etc.) to operate and prepare severance payment/letters, bonus (annual bonus and sales incentive), disability subsidy and other subsidy application;
Ensure payroll and benefits are compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance regulations and/or any other related statutory regulations and policies;
Act as contact person to provide consultant services to stakeholders and employees, explain internal payroll related policies/process and external laws and regulation;
Ensure all required controls are documented and executed to meet the internal/external audit requirements;
Seek continuous improvement opportunities of payroll and benefits processed and work with related parties to execute the actions;
任職資格:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operation and management experience;
Expertise in the knowledge of labor regulation, social insurance and taxation practice;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities;
Detail oriented with high degree of responsibility and able to work under pressure;
Highly motivated self-starter and team player ;
Well-developed PC skills, MS Office (excel, word,etc.)
