What are my responsibilities?? Define and implement CS business development
strategy, policies, and guidelines of respective organizational unit.?
Breakdown CS sales targets to each portfolio and to each territory.? Lead TSS
team to ensure the service sales target can be achieved in cooperation with the
DS organizations, explore the business potentials to increase the pipeline.?
Lead SSS team to analyze forecasts, potential opportunities, and ensure the
important opportunities could be secured from both technical and commercial
side.? Investigate the service portfolio from competitors, continuously enhance
and develop own service portfolio.? Guides and supports internal interfaces to
other business departments (e.g., Product, Solution…) and external interfaces
(e.g., Customers, Suppliers, Partners…).? Has P
