What will you do if join us?
* Execute service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments and
calibration on systems and components following issued instructions.
* 執行維修，更換，升級，調整和校準系統和組件
* Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on appropriate building
systems and components according to service level agreement.
* 根據和客戶的服務協議，對所包含的智能化系統和部件進行預防性維護和診斷
* Diagnose trouble or defect, determine corrective action and repair system.
Optimize the existing system for enhanced efficiency.
* 診斷故障或缺陷，確定糾正措施和修復系統，優化現有系統以提高效率
* Commission materials for customer site, configure software per job/customer
requirements. Program firmware and hardware according to design specifications.
Test functionality for customer acceptance.
* 根據服務協議為客戶提供急需材料，根據客戶要求配置軟件。根據設計規范對固件和硬件進行維護和編程。根據和客戶達成的協議進行測試以完成客戶接受的功能
* Prepare and facilitate system/product training for customers' use.
* 準備系統/產品培訓，以供客戶使用
* In Charge of service project execution activities (such as defining
schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource(subcontracted)
management activities) Maintain project progress according to schedule, to
budget and to quality standards.
* 負責服務項目執行活動(如確定進度，預算，風險，變更，機會和資源(分包)管理活動) 根據進度，預算和質量標準維護項目進展
* Interact with customer to discuss service project progress status, changes
introduced to original scope and an in-completion phase of work.
* 與客戶溝通，匯報服務項目的進展情況，對原有范圍的變更和工作的完成階段
* Process materials purchase request (for Service projects). Monitor delivery
schedule for a project materials and resources. React efficiently to avoid
project delays or resulting complications.
* 處理服務項目的材料采購申請。監控項目材料和資源的交付進度。有效反應以避免項目延遲或由此產生的后果
* Recognize and Identify Opportunities for enhancements to system or
replacement/upgrade or hardware, software, or firmware.
* 根據日常維護來識別系統改進或更換/升級硬件、軟件，或者固件的機會
Who are we looking for?
* 3-year Service project execution working experience. (SLAs, Migration,
On-Call, Spare part)
* 至少具有3年以上服務項目執行工作經驗。(包含長期維保合同、升級及改造、應急響應、備件等業務模式)
* Experience in intelligence projects and digital projects.
* 具有智能化項目和數字化項目的經驗優先
* Experience with Building Automation system, familiar with common protocols
and measuring points of public and auxiliary equipment, including chillers, air
compressors, air conditioners, power distribution equipment, water pump
equipment, ventilation equipment, photovoltaic, energy storage, car charging,
etc.
* 具有樓宇自動化系統經驗，熟悉公共和輔助設備的常用協議和測量點，包括冷水機、空壓機、空調、配電設備、水泵設備、通風設備、光伏、儲能、汽車充電等系統的優先
* Experience with the development of scope documentation, evaluation of
subcontractor proposals, and risk identification and quantification for
design/build projects
* 具有編寫和解釋工作范圍文件的能力，能評估分包商的建議，具有識別和量化設計/建造項目風險的經驗
* Familiar with the basic working principle and energy consumption impact
parameters of public and auxiliary equipment
* 熟悉公用及輔助設備的基本工作原理及能耗系統參數調試的知識優先
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* 較強的溝通和協調能力
* Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and manage risks
* 較強的問題分析解決能力和風險管理能力
* Prefer to 1st certified PM/PMP/PM@siemens
