崗位為CAD support崗位，針對研發工作the development of powertrain components相關進行推進支持等工作。
老板為國外老板，需要英語流利，作為工作語言，英語簡歷，全英面試，
需要有一定工作經驗，熟悉CAD，特別是CATIA
工作位置為鐵西工廠
目前該崗位總部暫無正式HC，簽訂正式勞動合同（與外企德科簽訂），崗位預算約18K*12左右（按15K基數繳納，北京正常比例）入職試用期開始繳納當地當地社保五險一金，補充醫療保險，試用期薪資不打折，其他政策同任職部門，若有HC不排除轉內可能性，不保證。
CAD support for BMW engineers.
1、Organize needed data. Perform geometry checks, check drawings, evaluation of results
2、Evaluation of provided drawings and geometrical data according to BMW standards, tracking the solution implementation system and ensure proper documentation in given format or system.
3、Problem solving root cause analysis and proposals through the complete process chain for given tasks. This could cover the process scope from end customer, dealer network, production process of the complete vehicle and problem relevant commodities.
4、According to the project timeline and general regulation, create CAD-models and drawings, incl. all dimentioning.
5、Data analysis and interpretation for extraction of key messages
Interpretation of deviations and provide consulting
6、Solution proposals according to the root cause analysis result and ensure the handover to the responsible implementing party.
7、Implementation status follow-up per requirements and business needs
On-site support in designated location, i.e. BMW E-Center, Beijing and R
