Job Responsibilities
1. Parts procurement from overseas and local supplier.
2. Parts delivery monitoring from supplier.
3. Supplier performance evaluation.
4. Supplier logistics audit and visit.
5. Payment application for supplier.
6. Monthly payment forecast to FI.
7. Daily operation including master data, SA, delivery schedule, etc.
8. Check and analyze in BOM and Axalant if a new material is dummy or real part.
9. Follow up program planning and automatic ordering.
10. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Qualification and Personal Competencies
Education: Bachelor degree
Major: Logistics
Foreign Language: Fluent in oral and written English
Computer Literacy: 1. Skillful in MS Office 2. Be familiar with ERP, is a plus
Functional Knowledge: 1. 2 years working experience 2. Knowledge of 5S 3.Knowledge of Supply Chain Management 4.Knowledge of Import and Export
Personal Competency: 1.Result Orientation 2.Pressure holder 3.Conscientious 4.Be responsible and accountable 5.Good communication skills
