Job Duties: Cooperate closely with internal BD and OP team to ensure project successfully transit from solution to stable operation.Prepare implementation schedule with timeline/ tasks and deploy to relative PIC, hold regular communication meeting with customer and internal stakeholders to track the implementation progress and escalate the issues if needed.Customer interface with aim to build good customer relationship.Management coordination of end to end implementation process, including detailed operation requirements collection, data analysis, process and flow chart generation, vendor site visit, training and evaluation.Identify potential risks and get alignment with stakeholders. Support?segment?specific?market?analysis?in?China?logistics?industry.?Implementation?development?and?deployment?in?identified?opportunity?sectors.
