職位描述:
responsibilities:
? responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including lead generation, prospect development, sales presentations, closing and account management with emphasis on customer satisfaction
? define sales strategies
? manage quotes and proposals
? maintain and grow customer relationships
? attend sales and networking events such as industry meetings and trade shows
? generation and management of sales reports and forecasts
? meeting annual sales targets
? analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
? develop and manage sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating results
? management of all major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
? work across north america region, ensuring that fl is represented favorably and consistently across the region.
? payment collection.
? establish and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
? supervise, manage and develop us sales staff
? attract and recruit additional talent depending on sales growth
qualification:
? bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a professional and international sales environment
? self-motivated team player and team leader
? proven track record of meeting sales objectives
? goal-oriented and driven by success
? proven negotiation skills
? sales experience in the optics and diode laser industries including knowledge of the customer base is a plus
? sales experience and existing network within it / consumer electronics / automotive customers is a plus
? skilled at time, travel and customer management
? ms office skills
