Warehouse Operations Planning and Execution (60% Workload)
- Daily Production Planning: Develop daily production schedules based on customer demand, ensuring alignment with capacity and manpower requirements.
- Event and Product Launch Support: Break down TDM requirements for promotional events and new product launches to plan manpower, operational schedules, sourcing needs, equipment allocation, and business continuity processes (BCP). Simultaneously, prepare cost projections, recruitment strategies, and training programs as per project requirements.
- Demand-Driven Strategy Adjustment: Adapt strategies promptly to accommodate changes in customer demand.
- Execution Monitoring and Improvement* Oversee plan implementation, analyze deviations between planned and actual outcomes, and develop targeted improvement measures.
倉庫運營規劃和執行(60%工作量)
- 日常生產計劃: 根據客戶需求制定每日生產計劃,確保與產能和人力需求保持一致。
- 活動和產品發布支持: 細分促銷活動和新產品發布的 TDM 需求,規劃人力、運營時間表、采購需求、設備分配和業務連續性流程 (BCP)。同時,根據項目要求編制成本預測、招聘策略和培訓計劃。

- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to optimize on-site processes and enhance overall performance.

Internal and External Communication and Coordination (20% Workload)
- Plan Confirmation: Consolidate internal operational needs with customer requirements to finalize plans.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, administration, security, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure synchronized execution and continuous progress tracking.
- Operational Alignment: Work closely with operational departments to ensure plans remain aligned with organizational goals and update them as needed.
