? Intense focus on developing new programs and new customers.
? Determine optimal product mix and route to market to best meet Hailide production capabilities, profit/volume expectations and customer expectations.
? Call on existing accounts to maintain business and relationships. Seek and develop growth opportunities at existing and new accounts.
? Fully maximize profitability and volumes at existing account base.
