Job Description
Business Analysis: (40%)
Assist business leaders to analysis market dynamics, analysis business data from all dimensions and follow up;
Drive customer segmentation effectiveness;
Analyze marketing activities and speaker coverage and promote activity effectiveness
As needed, support other strategic project
商業(yè)分析:(40%)
協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分析市場動態(tài),從各個維度分析業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)并跟進;
推動客戶細(xì)分效果;
分析市場活動和演講者覆蓋率,提高活動效果
根據(jù)需要,支持其他戰(zhàn)略項目
Commercialization team operation: (60%)
Leads FBU governance, process, organizational efficiency management and provides management actions to Business Support and Effectiveness Lead;
Be responsible for interaction with relevant functions incl. HR, Legal, Compliance,GMA etc. to deliver the appropriate managerial initiatives to BU (competency, compliance review, contract management etc…)
Responsible for organizing BU internal large meetings;
Assist the BSE Lead in handling daily operational affairs within BU

負(fù)責(zé)組織BU內(nèi)部大型會議;
協(xié)助BSE主管處理BU內(nèi)部的日常運營事務(wù)

Basic Requirements
Strong business analysis ability and business insight
Proficient in using various office software and analysis tools
Strong project management skills required
Capacity to map, design and implement processes that involve multiple stakeholders and/or functions
Excellent collaboration skills and proven experience working with various levels and functions of an organization
Willing to develop in multiple fields

Education:
Master degree or above
Good oral and written and English skill
碩士及以上學(xué)歷

Experience:
At least 5 years of sales director assistant and business operation experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
At least 2 years of project management or related work experience
Experience in business analysis, market research, and data management;
5年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷售總監(jiān)助理及業(yè)務(wù)運營經(jīng)驗;
2年以上項目管理或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
具有商業(yè)分析、市場研究和數(shù)據(jù)管理經(jīng)驗;
