Description(TheRole)
●Receive, plan, coordinate, and assign design efforts for self and other design team members./為自己和其他設計團隊成員接收、計劃、協調和分配設計工作
●Coordinate with the marketing, sourcing, estimation and project management departments./與營銷、采購、估算和項目管理部門協調
●Develop projects trough creative concepts to completion./通過創意概念開發項目直至完成
●Collaboration with Businesses Development in marketing and Project Management./在市場營銷和項目管理方面與企業發展部合作
●Client presentation and negotiations with pitch team, adding creative value and edge./與銷售團隊進行客戶演示和談判，增加創意價值和優勢
●Work directly with senior management to develop major business initiatives./直接與高級管理層合作制定主要的業務計劃
●Mentor, manage, and provide leadership to all members of the design team by improving the team’s interior design capabilities, and technical expertise./通過提高團隊的室內設計能力和技術專長，指導、管理和領導設計團隊的所有成員
●Coordinate all phases of the design process with the sales department and the client, participating in design presentations and working with the customer to develop final approved plans./與銷售部門和客戶協調設計過程的所有階段，參與設計演示并與客戶一起制定最終批準的計劃
●Develop proposed solutions related to Space Planning, Interior and Furniture designin or dertore commend the best alternatives and/or solutions per project./制定與空間規劃、室內和家具設計相關的建議解決方案，以便為每個項目推薦優秀代方案和/或解決方案
Qualifications(TheCandidate)
●Bachelor degree or above in environmental art, interior design, architectural design/環境藝術、室內設計、建筑設計相關本科及以上學歷.
●You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience./有7年的相關工作經驗
●You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects./有企業室內/工作場所設計項目的相關經驗
●You are proficient in SketchUp, Enscape/熟練使用SketchUp、Enscape
●You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution./有很強的設計敏感度和技術能力，能將項目從概念發展到執行
●You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile/有團隊合作精神，積極進取
●Travel according to project situation/根據項目實際情況出差
●Fluent English in spoken and written/英語可作工作語言，尤其口語
