工作內容

1.職位依托英國wellcome基金會資助的“中印電動車發展的氣候與健康效應”項目，研究中國和印度的能源脫碳戰略，特別關注電動汽車發展對減少溫室氣體和空氣污染的效應。

2.工作內容包括兩個不同的研究方向：崗位一主要通過綜合評估模型（iam）評估中國和印度交通部門政策對于碳排放、空氣質量和健康的影響；崗位二重點關注促進中印電動汽車（ev）發展的有利市場和政策條件。

3.導師將提供充分的業務指導，并給予充分的研究自由度，入選者將有80%時間用于項目研究和學術論文寫作，只需20%時間撰寫項目申請書、本項目報告和政策建議，以確保項目的順利進行。

工作時間

2019.09.01-2021.09.01（flexible）

工作地點

1.主要在北京大學工作；

2.將有機會與國際跨學科研究團隊合作交流：wei peng教授（pennsylvania state university）和johannes urpelainen教授（johns hopkins university）課題組，寒暑假在psu和jhu進行短期訪問交流，同時有機會參加wellcome基金會在英美舉辦的研究年會，與世界各地同行開展學術交流，表現優秀者也將有機會在johns hopkins university開展第二年的工作。

應聘條件

1.已獲得或即將取得博士學位：

a)國外：在國外（境外）世界大學綜合排名或學科排名前100的高校獲得博士學位，且尚未回國工作的博士畢業生；排名參考當年度最新the/ qs/usnews/arwu排名；

b)國內：在國內知名高?；驅W科獲得博士學位的全日制博士畢業生。

2.獲得博士學位不超過三年，年齡不超過35周歲；

3.進站后須全職從事博士后研究工作；

4.身體健康，符合北京大學博士后招收條件；

5.具有能源或氣候研究背景；

6.具有較高的英語口頭及書面寫作水平；

7.熱愛科研工作，具有較強的系統分析思維和數據建模能力，具備獨立從事科研及項目工作的能力，團隊合作和組織協調能力突出；

8.此外：

a)對于崗位一：熟練掌握綜合評估模型建模方法；

b)對于崗位二：深入了解交通部門，掌握相關定量分析方法（如optimization, agent-based modeling, vehicle choice modeling等）。

崗位待遇

40,000美元/年(約27萬元人民幣/年)，課題組可協助申請國內博士后基金項目
