因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要,北京大學國際法學院招聘學生工作專員1名。國際法學院將為獲聘者提供一個氣氛融洽的、雙語的、合作性的工作環(huán)境,讓獲聘者的個人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺中得到全面挖掘和提升。
一、崗位要求
1.學歷要求:本科及以上學歷(碩士或具備國外教育背景可優(yōu)先考慮)
2.專業(yè)要求:專業(yè)不限,心理學、教育學、法律等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3.具備較好的中英文聽說讀寫能力;能適應(yīng)中英雙語、跨文化工作環(huán)境;
4.工作責任心與服務(wù)意識強,有團隊合作精神;
5.具有較強的溝通能力,學習能力以及活動組織能力;
6.有學生干部工作經(jīng)驗以及具備文藝特長者優(yōu)先。
二、工作職責:
1.組織各種學生活動包括新生適應(yīng)周、運動會、鏡湖之夜等;
2.管理指導學院學生社團和學生組織包括學生會等;
3.管理學院助學金、助學貸款、商業(yè)貸款,學生醫(yī)療保險以及報銷事宜,提供學生咨詢等;
4.組織領(lǐng)導或者參與籌辦學院活動包括但不限于畢業(yè)典禮,校友大會等;
5.組織管理學生評獎評優(yōu);
6.新生調(diào)檔、政審、整檔以及畢業(yè)生檔案整理;
7.指導組織班主任以及學生輔導員的工作;
8.學生危機事件處理;
9.領(lǐng)導交辦的其他事項。
三、工作地點:深圳大學城,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,空氣質(zhì)量佳。

expected qualifications:
i.bachelor’s degree or above, master degree or oversea studying experience preferred;
ii.preferably in psychology, education, law or other related major;
iii.excellent bilingual (chinese and english)listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-cultural and bilingual working environment;
iv.strong sense of responsibility, service and cooperation;
v.excellent communication skills, high learning potential and strong organization skills;
vi.outstanding student leader or literary specialty is preferred.
duties include:
i.manage and organize all kinds of student activities like student orientation, sport events, annual mirror lake party (year-end party) etc.;
ii.guide and manage student organizations and associations including student union;
iii.provide students services such as students loan management, issuance, medical reimbursement, students counseling etc.;
iv.organize school events, including but not limited to commencement exercises;
v.work on evaluating students for all kinds of scholarships and awards;
vi.check new entering student archives and sort out graduate archives;
vii.work with the class counselors, provide guidance and supervision;
viii.handle emergent cases involving students;
ix.other work assigned by supervisor.
