三、崗位要求與職責(zé)

1.助理教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有參與或承擔(dān)科研項目的經(jīng)驗，并取得過較高水平研究成果；學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿ν怀觥?/span>

2)能夠獨立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

2.預(yù)聘副教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持科研項目的經(jīng)驗；并取得過高水平的研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有一定影響。

2)能夠獨立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

3.長聘副教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持國家級科研項目的經(jīng)驗；并具有豐富的高水平研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有較大影響，具有較高的國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)影響力。

2)能夠獨立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

4.教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持科研項目的經(jīng)驗；研究工作具有引領(lǐng)性或開拓性；是本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)或國際同行認可的有突出成績的學(xué)者，并有標(biāo)志性的研究成果。

2)能夠獨立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。
